SHIPPING PRICES & DEADLINES
All of your orders are handmade and packed with love in Portugal. Please keep in mind we are a small business and that we do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
*These prices correspond to the shipment of one Eco-notebook (hardcover). The price will depend on the type of order. For a more accurate view of the shipping prices, please proceed to checkout.
Delivery times vary from country to country and can be affected by different world events. Therefore, once the order has been produced, a tracking code will be sent to you so that you can keep track of your order.
NATIONAL SHIPPING
All national orders are sent via registered mail CTT and come with a tracking code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are sent via the Portuguese postal service (CTT) and come with a tracking code.
IMPORT DUTIES
Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are legally obliged to provide shipping information regarding the value of the order and must include an invoice for customs if required.

LOST PACKAGE
If your order has not arrived by its due date and you've checked your tracking code, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order or shipping costs.
